It's always been a dream to work with a major culinary magazine. A goal I haven't yet achieved!
I started cooking as soon as I could see over the countertop. Farm kids grow the food, butcher the food, cook and preserve the food long before city kids even know where their food comes from! I've always been passionate about cooking, and sharing my knowledge with others.
My signature dish is whatever I'm creating today. Our clients tastes constantly change, and staying nimble in your menu is key. I love learning and mastering new techniques and crafting a new signature dish every time I'm in the kitchen. Innovation is everything!
Honestly, I'll use the 20k to pay off culinary school debt, and work on my own cookbook.
