How long have you been cooking?

I mean, I’ve been cooking since I was taught at 8 years old by my Dad, and have transitioned into the charcuterie world sparked by the entertainer gene I got from my mom! From my famous casseroles- to my quarantine-friendly tuna cakes- I’ve been experimenting in the kitchen, never following recipes fully, always somewhat improvising!

What is your signature dish?

As much as I would love to say my signature dish is Charcuterie Boards, I would say I’ve always been known for my variety of casseroles- a casserole is one of those dishes that not only feeds the belly, but also feeds the soul!

What will you do with the $50,000?

With the $50k we would invest in bringing our famous Delli Dip™️ into full production, as well as invest in a Delli Dip™️ Food truck, so we could bring dip & charcuterie boards to farmers markets and pop-ups all over San Diego!
