How long have you been cooking?

I have been cooking since I was a young man. It has been a huge part of my life.

What is your signature dish?

My signature dish is Chili Colorado. Low and slow pull apart pork rich in chilies and garlic.

What will you do with the $50,000?

I would expand my education and enhance our cooking program that we do with youth and families.
