Invest back into the restaurant after the struggles of COVID and give back to the community. We survived the past year by being true to who we were and who I was as a chef. Believing in helping others with out thought of compensation as well as continuing to buy premium ingredients from local food supplies. I believe being a chef is more about how you support your community thru food then how you run your kitchen or restaurant!
