When I was 4 I started cooking right beside my mom in the kitchen as well as beside the campfire and learned from my dad hunting-fishing-foraging. I’ve always had a passion for cuisine and fresh ingredients! I have been professionally creating culinary delights and palate pleasing bites for over 15 years! I love what I do and am so thankful to tap into my god-given creativity!
Being from the West Coast with classical French training, my signature dish is Cioppino (bouillabaisse inspiration) with a slice of my toasted sourdough. I have perfected it over the years and not only do I love to create it and serve it, but I also love to devour it!!! Mediterranean style cuisine using fresh fish is one of my favorite styles—utilizing local/seasonal ingredients and food made from scratch are both important to me to feed my clients and my family.
The true meaning of farm to table comes alive with education and cooking skills.
