Started cooking with my grandma as a child. After graduating high school started working in restaurants and never looked back. Been going on 30 years in the business
Don’t really have a signature dish. Classically French trained. But if I have to say it’s whatever I put on my cooker. My business is based on cured and smoked meats.
Expand my business. Get some new toys to play with.
