I changed careers from accounting to study something that actually makes me happy. The goal is to be a Michelin starred chef some day.
After completing my BSC in accounting from the university of Sheffied, I decided to change career and pursue my lifelong dream of becoming a chef. To be the best at it, i enrolled at Le Cordon bleu, London. thanks to my parents financial support and my meagre savings from 2 years work. i have so far worked at a 2 michelin restaurant in Belgium called Hostellerie Le Fox and I am currently working at the little nell, a ski resort in Aspen, Colorado.
Hassle back potatoes on a bed of sautéed mixed greens, pan fried salmon, finished with a béarnaise sauce and sprouts.
I have a restaurant in Nigieria, i opened back in 2016, I will like expand my business to be able to employ more people, buy better equipment to enhance the operations and be able to hire better skilled hands and train them. Most importantly I will like to expand my charity which i started with my mum and give back to the community back home!
